26 sheets of A4 paper, each suspected of carrying a synthetic drug, surfaced at the Central Post Office in Port Louis. The package had arrived from overseas back in February and sat quietly in the postal system until officers pulled it for a closer look. A major investigation has opened.

France and the EU put Rs 6 billion into fixing the water network
