Mauritius redraws its economy to chase 3% growth in 2026
Statistics Mauritius has rebased the national accounts, shifting the reference year from 2018 to 2023, and the picture changes with it. Past output has been revised upward, the economy now sits at about Rs 873 billion this year, and growth is pencilled in at 3%.
